Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-sized shades and blinds
- Made-to-order products
- Clearance items or final sale products
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products where hygiene is a concern (e.g., certain types of fabric or personal items)
Custom Products
Custom products, including but not limited to, shades, blinds, and curtains that are made to your specific measurements or customized according to your design choices, are non-returnable. We advise all customers to double-check their measurements and customization details before placing an order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable. These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit at our discretion. Proof of the defect or damage (e.g., photos) will be required.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
